Well, here's a slight correction I'll put forward - in Tip 143, when talking of Reeves & Tetrazzini, rather than say 'singers in two different continents', it would have been better to have said 'singers of two different nationalities'.

And in volume 1 the last note on page 470 should refer to Tip 201, not Tip 203.
